Global talent index-India ranked 72nd

India has jumped eight places in the Global Talent Competitiveness Index of 2020. India is ranked 72 in the index. This is the seventh edition of the Global Talent Competition Index.

This index is prepared on the basis of their ability to make the countries of the world progress, retain and attract talents with them. Their ranking is done on this basis.

132 countries included in this index

In this index measuring competition in terms of global talent, 132 countries have been included in the world. Switzerland topped the list followed by the US and Singapore.

Education system of india

In this report released in the World Economic Forum, it is said that more work can be done to improve the education system of India. But India’s biggest strength is its growing talent. According to the report, India ranks 68th in the formal education category.

Netherlands also in top-10

Among the top ten countries in the list, Sweden is in fourth place, Denmark in fifth place, Netherlands in sixth place, Finland in seventh place, Luxembourg in eighth place, Norway in ninth place and Australia in 10th place.

India location last year

All the developed countries are among the top ten countries in the Global Talent Index. Last year, the sixth edition of the Global Talent Competitiveness Index was released on 21 January 2019. In this index, there was an improvement in India’s ranking and it was at number 80. Last year 125 countries were included in this index.
